How do I cancel my subscription?

Click "Open Billing Portal" above, then select "Cancel Plan" in the Stripe portal. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes! We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for monthly/annual plans and a 30-day refund window for lifetime purchases. Contact billing@ytpopupplayer.app to request a refund.

How do I update my payment method?

Access the billing portal and click "Update Payment Method" to add a new card or change your default payment source.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?

When you change plans, Stripe automatically prorates your billing. You'll be credited for unused time on your current plan.

I don't see my subscription. What do I do?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account you used to purchase. If problems persist, contact support@ytpopupplayer.app with your purchase email.
